Running from Cooperheads every Weds Night at 6pm (excluding holidays and other weird days)
THINGS TO KNOW:
We are a loosely affiliated group of friends from around the Greater Tampa Bay area who get together to enjoy a run or walk and a cold beverage.
It is free (except the cold beverage afterward).
All levels are welcome. It is self-paced. There is no coach.
There is generally water at homebase, but please bring water if you need it on the course and for afterwards just in case.
A change of clothes is always nice for enjoying the cold beverage afterwards :) There is a bathroom in the Tap House for our use.
You need to sign a release of liability waiver annually to particpate.
